| |
Yes,
and you should! The state application needs to
be in their hands on or before the 15th day of the month
preceding the month for which you want to be scheduled
to take the exam. (i.e., If you want to take the April
exam you need to submit application, fingerprint card
and fee - on, or before March 15th.) |
Once I am licensed, what
must I do to be paid? |
| |
As
an Associate Broker you must hang your license with a
licensed Mortgage Broker business office (just like
a real estate sales associate who works for a real estate
broker). |
